  • Incorrect Game ID: If you provide an incorrect Game ID or username during purchase, and the items are delivered to that ID, KheloStore is not responsible and no refund will be provided.
  • Accessed Accounts: Gaming Accounts that have been logged into or modified by the customer.
  • Used Items: Virtual currency or in-game items that have already been used or spent.
