Digital Delivery Model

KheloStore is a digital marketplace for gaming products and services. We do not sell physical goods that require physical shipping. All our products are delivered digitally to your registered email, WhatsApp, or directly to your Game ID.

Because our products are digital, "Shipping" refers to the electronic delivery of the service or product code.

Delivery Timelines

We pride ourselves on speed. The estimated delivery time depends on the type of product purchased:

Game Upgrades (Passes, etc.) Direct Activation 10 Minutes - 1 Hour

Note: In rare cases involving server maintenance or high order volume, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, please contact support.

Delivery Process

1. Instant Digital Products (Keys/Codes)

For products like activation keys or redeem codes, the delivery is automated. Once your payment is confirmed, the system will instantly send the code to your registered email address. You can also view these codes in your "Order History" section.

2. Service-Based Products (Top-ups/Transfers)

For items requiring manual transfer (like Carrom Pool Coins or 8 Ball Pool Coins):

  • Our team receives your order details (Game ID/User ID).
  • We verify the payment and the account details.
  • The transfer is initiated securely.
  • You receive a confirmation notification via Email or WhatsApp once completed.

Failed Delivery

If you have not received your product within the estimated time, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Details: The Game ID or Email provided was incorrect.
  • Payment Pending: Your payment has not been confirmed by the gateway.
  • Server Issues: The game server is undergoing maintenance.
  • Spam Folder: The delivery email might have landed in your Spam/Junk folder.

In case of a failed delivery, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
